The Crow and the Pitcher

A Crow, half-dead with thirst, came upon a Pitcher which had once been full of water; but when the Crow put its beak into the mouth of the Pitcher he found that only very little water was left in it, and that he could not reach far enough down to get at it. He tried, and he tried, but at last had to give up in despair. Then a thought came to him, and he took a pebble and dropped it into the Pitcher. Then he took another pebble and dropped it into the Pitcher. Then he took another pebble and dropped that into the Pitcher. Then he took another pebble and dropped that into the Pitcher. Then he took another pebble and dropped that into the Pitcher. Then he took another pebble and dropped that into the Pitcher. At last, at last, he saw the water mount up near him, and after casting in a few more pebbles he was able to quench his thirst and save his life. ~Aesop

A couple of jam packed days! Up and off to exercise around 6:00 am, breakfast at 7:30, seminars began at 8:30, and ended at 8:15 pm. It has been a couple of extremely active days. I think I’m ready to put my feet up for awhile and digest some of the information that I have been learning. Some of the topics have been: Improving General IQ, Enhancing Emotional Intelligence (EQ,) Updates on Lifestyle Treatments for Depression, Forgiveness, Heaven, Enhancing Brain Health through Music Therapy, Nutrition and the Brain, From Disappointment to Appointment, and much more. I am excited that I’ll be able to share the information I have been learning with others! It starts with the little things, one “pebble” at a time, but each “pebble” makes a difference!

Happy For A Reason Reasons:
1.       A great exercise trainer!
2.       A lot of Food for thought!
3.       Not to mention a great variety of delicious food for every mean, and plenty of it gluten free!
4.       Plenty of room to get up and stand in the back during meetings when I couldn’t sit much longer!
5. A new “sister!”
Joy and me....new "sisters"
