October 20, 2011 ~

October? Really? Here I am picking my first crop of corn, and I might add my last for the season.  This has been a very strange year, as far as the weather is concerned! I really am a bit surprised that we even got this one crop of corn. I guess that is a great place to start my Happy Reasons!

Happy For A Reason Reasons:

1.       There was corn to pick today!

2.       Better yet, that corn was delicious!

3.       I could take Clarissa to the doctor, early this morning. Strep throat is no fun.

4.       Medicine!

5.       By evening Clarissa was feeling much better, and she could talk, a little bit.
