Today I am reminded of one of God’s names, Jevhovah-Rapha, meaning “the Lord our healer.”

You know, sometimes in life there are needs for visits to your family physician, specialist, physical therapist, chiropractor, counselor, or some other kind of provider. Finding the correct one for you and your family can be a process.  Then when you get insurance coverage, which you haven’t had for awhile,  ….well, it leads to a very busy schedule!

1.       How nice to have a day where I can stay home and get things done. I might even get some relaxation time in! No appointments today!

2.       Medical insurance is definitely a reason to be happy!

3.       I have had a rotator cuff injury and it has turned into a partial frozen shoulder. So I am very grateful for all the people that have been helping me recover from this! The orthopedic physician and the physical therapist have been great!

4.       It is so nice to go into a clinic and be greeted with an upbeat, cheerful receptionist! That is the way it is in the PT clinic I go to! Can’t help but get better! I hope I can pass on that bit of cheer!             

5.       I have the range of motion coming back in my shoulder without as much pain! It is wonderful! (Cross country skiing…… HERE I COME!)
